Our Application Process
- Your Application
You can submit your application documents by email. The job listing includes the name and email address of your dedicated contact person. For unsolicited applications, please send your materials to: karriere@signum.info - Invitation or Rejection
If your profile is a strong match, we'll invite you to a personal introductory meeting. If the role isn't the right fit, we'll still get back to you — and who knows, a position that better suits your skills may open up down the line. - First Interview (usually online)
Our first conversation typically takes place as a video call. We'll use this time to align on expectations — walking you through what the role actually involves and hearing what you're looking for in your next position. - Trial Day
If we're mutually aligned, we'll move on to a second meeting. This usually takes place in person at our offices in Darmstadt or Lehrte and includes a short working session. It's a great opportunity for you to get a real feel for the day-to-day responsibilities — and for us to see how you approach the work. - Job Offer
If both sides are happy with how things have progressed, we'll work through the contract details together — and then there's nothing standing in the way of getting started.
