Software Consultant (m/f/d)

As a Software Consultant, you serve as the key link between our clients and our software. You guide projects from kick-off through to successful go-live, ensuring our solutions deliver real value in day-to-day operations.

• You help our customers get the most out of their inventory management software.
• You install and configure our software — on-site, remotely, or in the cloud.
• You analyze business processes and translate them into tailored software solutions.
• You deliver online and in-person training sessions, empowering customers to work with the platform as effectively as possible.
• You coordinate all necessary steps with every stakeholder involved.
• You channel valuable customer feedback to our development and support teams — actively shaping the future of our software.

• A degree or vocational training in IT — or equivalent hands-on experience (career changers with relevant professional background are explicitly welcome!)
• Strong communication skills and a confident, customer-facing manner
• A structured, self-directed working style with a talent for staying organized — ideally combined with knowledge of retail or hospitality workflows and some experience with POS or inventory management systems
• Solid knowledge of Windows environments and networking
• Experience with relational databases; SQL skills are a plus
• Excellent German language skills; proficiency in English is a welcome bonus
