Technical Support Specialist

For over 30 years, we have been developing inventory and business management solutions for companies in retail, hospitality, social services, and other industries. Our mission is simple: to help our customers get the most out of their software and receive fast, reliable support whenever they need it.

• Receiving and documenting user support requests
• Analyzing and resolving reported software issues
• Providing remote maintenance and end-user assistance
• Installing and testing our software in both virtual and real-world environments
• Supporting developers during beta testing phases
• Contributing to product improvement by identifying and reporting optimization opportunities

• Degree or vocational training in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Career changers and candidates without a completed degree but with relevant professional experience are welcome
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems
• Familiarity with SQL is a plus
• Strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a collaborative team spirit
• Proficient in German, both written and spoken
